Dr. Lucas Colon, Dr. Isla Colon and our professional dental staff are passionate about the field of dentistry and the opportunity to work with patients in the Roseville and St. Clair Shores area. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality dental care in the most caring, gentle manner possible.

Lucas Colon, DDS, PhD

Dr. Lucas Colon earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Harvard School of Dental Medicine and holds a B.S. in Biology from Michigan State University, where he graduated with honors. He also completed a PhD in Oral Biology, focusing on advanced restorative materials and digital dentistry techniques. Dr. Lucas brings a research-driven approach to patient care, combining the latest evidence-based practices with a warm, personable chairside manner. He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) as well as the Michigan Dental Association. Outside of the office, Dr. Lucas is a passionate athlete and competitive ski racer at Pine Knob, where he spends his winters training and racing. He also enjoys trail running, fly fishing and spending time with family in northern Michigan.

Professional Associations

Isla Colon, DMD

Dr. Isla Colon earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Stanford School of Medicine and holds a B.S. in Biological Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). During her time at MIT, Dr. Isla conducted independent research on thermophilic bacterial pathogens — affectionately known in the lab as "Hot Germs" — contributing to published work on heat-resistant oral microbiome strains. She brings a sharp scientific mind and a genuine love for patient interaction to every appointment. Dr. Isla is committed to making every visit comfortable, informative and even a little fun. Outside of the office, she enjoys chillaxing with her friends, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops around Metro Detroit, and will happily tell anyone who asks that her favorite number is 67.
